Hello,
Thank you for your query.
Follicular study is done to monitor the growth of follicles (appears as cysts) & confirming ovulation (when a previously growing cyst has collapsed and there is free fluid in the pouch of Douglas.
*is there any mention of collapsed follicle or a previously bigger follicle that has become smaller in your report?
Your report seems normal.
To conceive you need:
-healthy egg and sperm
-fallopian tubes should be open & healthy
-healthy endometrium (uterine lining)
-regular intercourse
-healthy mind and body
If your cycles are regular, have intercourse in the middle third of your cycle (day 10-20 in a 30 day cycle) atleast every alternate day.
Smoking hinders
fertility as does too much Alcohol.
If you are 30 yrs old or younger, try for a year of regular intercourse. If above 30 try for 6 months before visiting a fertility specialist.
Take a
folic acid supplement everyday from today. Eat healthy, exercise daily and stay well hydrated and minimize
stress.this goes for your husband as well.
Use
ovulation prediction kits and
basal body temperature monitoring to pinpoint your fertile time and ovulation day. Do this for 3 cycles to get a good idea. Use free apps like fertility friend to monitor this.
Trying to conceive can be exciting and frustrating. Please don't get too stressed about it.
Hope this helps and you conceive soon.
Wish you good health
